An expert in negotiation, Eduard received training in the Negotiation Program at Harvard University. He was awarded a Law degree from the University of Barcelona, a Political Science degree from the Institute of Political Studies in Paris and a master’s degree in International Law (LLM) from New York University. He is also an alumnus of the prestigious Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA).
As a lawyer, he has worked on international investment projects and international conflict management. As head of the Department of International Cooperation at the Ministry of Justice for the French government he was responsible for relationship management with the European Union, international organizations, and foreign governments.
In the field of negotiation, he has trained over 5,000 professionals, been involved in negotiations in more than 25 countries in Europe, America, Africa, and Asia, and has advised over 100 companies and international groups as a senior consultant at the Centre Européen de la Négociation in Paris. Currently, he runs the Center for Negotiation (CEFNE) and collaborates as an expert and professor in Institut d'Etudes Politiques, Paris, Universidad Complutense, Madrid and Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona.
